• Plan, implement, review, and improve the Information Security Management System (ISMS)
• Create and update guidelines and directives for information security
• Manage requests from partners about cybersecurity, compliance, and security
• Identify, prioritize, and put in place security measures and processes
• Work with business units to evaluate IT and security solutions
• Lead or join information security projects
• Consult, coach, and raise awareness for employees, departments, and managers
• Ensure compliance with security standards, laws, and regulations, including ISO2700x, ITAR/EAR, and CMMC

• Several years of experience in information security, IT security, or cyber security (ISO-2700x, NIST, NIS2), with at least 2 years of direct experience
• Education in IT/Cyber Security, Information Security, or a similar field
• High motivation to work in a high-security environment
• Nice to have: Experience in project management with common methodologies and frameworks
• Nice to have: Experience working in multi-cultural environments
• Nice to have: Experience in Aerostructure, Military, or other high-security settings
