You join our specialty care team to drive strategic engagement with key stakeholders and support business development. You use your strong product and market knowledge to find important insights and turn them into actions. You work with different teams and partners to shape the environment, help patients get access, and create lasting value for customers and our organization.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Build and keep trusted partnerships with key decision-makers in relevant accounts such as hospitals, group practices, and specialist centers.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for our portfolio and disease areas.
  • Analyze patient pathways to find unmet needs, drivers, and barriers to care.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain account plans for your region, making sure all activities match the therapeutic area’s goals and help patients and the healthcare system while supporting our portfolio.
  • Use digital tools like CRM/Salesforce and Office applications for account planning, stakeholder engagement, and tracking performance.

Was du mitbringst

  • Experience in specialty care (RHUM, PUL, IMMU preferred).
  • Success in strategic account management and working with stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English and French; Italian is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and ready to travel a lot within Switzerland (field-based role).
