You lead Key Account Management in Region EAST, making sure customers have a smooth experience and patients get timely access to treatments. You shape and carry out strategies for all accounts, working closely with colleagues to reach shared goals. Your strong leadership and teamwork skills help bring together different insights to improve care and support patients.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Take charge of assigned accounts and lead the creation and execution of Key Account plans
  • Guide and support all colleagues working with the same accounts
  • Work with priority accounts to develop projects that improve care and patient results
  • Make sure BI medicines are included on formularies quickly and used widely by understanding each account’s needs and challenges
  • Build trust with key accounts through ongoing teamwork focused on better patient outcomes and shared value

Was du mitbringst

  • At least 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, market access, or key account management
  • Strong knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system, hospital procurement, and reimbursement processes
  • Good network with accounts in Region EAST
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to create clear account plans
  • Proven experience leading teams and working across different groups
  • Success in managing multi-stakeholder projects in healthcare
  • Fluent in German and English; French and Italian are a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel often in Switzerland
  • Ability to work closely with office-based colleagues and be present in the Basel office regularly
