You lead and grow Key Account Management in Region MID&WEST, covering German and French-speaking areas. You make sure customers have a smooth experience and patients get quick access to care. You shape and carry out Key Account strategies for the whole portfolio and guide colleagues working with the same accounts. Your strong teamwork and cross-functional skills help you drive fast formulary inclusion and work together on projects that improve care pathways.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Act as the main person in charge for assigned accounts and create and carry out Key Account plans
  • Guide all team members involved in the accounts
  • Work with priority accounts to build projects that improve care pathways, patient results, and real-world evidence
  • Secure fast formulary inclusion and boost use of BI medicines by gathering and using insights from many sources
  • Build trust with accounts by working together to improve patient outcomes and bring value to both the customer and Boehringer Ingelheim

Was du mitbringst

  • At least 8 years in pharmaceutical sales, market access, or key account management
  • Strong knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system, hospital buying, and reimbursement, plus a strong network in Region MID&WEST
  • Very strong negotiation and communication skills and the ability to make clear account plans
  • Proven experience leading teams and working across departments for a smooth customer experience
  • Experience running multi-stakeholder projects in healthcare
  • Fluent in French, German, and English; Italian is a plus
  • Field-based role in Region MID&WEST, must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel often in Switzerland
  • Work closely with office-based team and spend time in the Basel office as needed
