Deine Aufgaben
- Analyze data to find insights on product usage, fleet performance, and service quality
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI
- Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement
- Make sure data is reliable, consistent, and ready for analysis
- Support data quality rules and improve data structures and usability
- Work with Data Engineering on data availability and pipeline needs
- Help build scalable analytics tools in the company, like Self-Service Analytics
- Use statistical methods to deepen insights and support advanced analytics when needed
- Translate business needs into data solutions and share insights in a clear way
Was du mitbringst
- Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science or similar
- At least 4 years of experience in data analysis and visualization (like Power BI)
- Good skills in Databricks, Azure Cloud Services, Apache Spark, GIT, SQL, Python, DAX or similar tools
- Understanding of data modeling and processing
- Knowledge of statistics and machine learning models
- Ability to create user-focused reports and visualizations
- Strong business understanding and problem-solving skills
- Experience turning business needs into data insights
- Structured and analytical way of working
- Familiar with Agile environments
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Curious, hands-on, pragmatic, and self-driven
- Good German and English skills (written and spoken)
