You help drive change in procurement and make our supply chain more sustainable. You lead important projects, support with data and analysis, and work with teams across the company to improve how we buy and manage suppliers. You also help us meet our sustainability goals and make sure we follow the latest rules and best practices.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Lead cross-functional procurement transformation projects like Buy vs Make analysis, M&A integration support, cost models, and operating model improvements
  • Drive structured project management for strategic procurement initiatives and make sure everyone is aligned
  • Support the growth of Category Management practices, including strategy frameworks, analytics, and market intelligence
  • Work with Procurement leadership to find ways to create value in cost, risk, innovation, and supply resilience
  • Encourage teamwork across Procurement, Operations, IT, Sustainability, and Finance
  • Develop and maintain procurement ways of working, playbooks, and learning paths
  • Lead the Procurement Academy and support Category Managers with coaching and tools
  • Promote data-driven decision making using analytics and market information
  • Lead the implementation of sustainable procurement, focusing on responsible sourcing and supply chain transparency
  • Support projects to reduce Scope 3 emissions and improve resource efficiency
  • Work with different teams to include sustainability in procurement decisions
  • Define, track, and report on sustainability KPIs and program progress
  • Own procurement governance routines and coordinate reporting
  • Communicate progress and engage stakeholders inside and outside the company
  • Monitor ESG regulations and best practices to ensure compliance
  • Work with suppliers to improve sustainability performance and transparency

Was du mitbringst

  • 5-10 years of experience in Procurement, Project Management, and Sustainability in an international setting
  • Experience with procurement transformation projects, supplier management, and process improvements
  • Strong skills in financial modelling, business cases, and data-driven decisions
  • Background in sustainability, responsible sourcing, or ESG initiatives in supply chains
  • Project management experience with cross-functional and international teams
  • Familiarity with procurement processes, supplier management, and sourcing strategies
  • Experience with data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and procurement digital tools
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and training skills
  • Collaborative, structured, and comfortable in a matrix environment
  • High learning agility, resilience, and proactive ownership
  • Ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on work
  • Fluent in English; German and other languages are a plus
