Join a global supply chain team where you help shape product availability and turn demand into strong supply strategies. You connect teams, balance service, cost, and inventory, and help keep the value chain running smoothly worldwide. In this role, you drive the operations planning process and make sure products are available while keeping inventory and costs balanced.

• Lead the operations planning process within the global S&OP, making sure demand, production, and distribution are aligned for a global product portfolio.
• Consolidate demand requirements and turn them into clear capacity and production plans with production plants and business unit partners.
• Manage central availability allocation and distribution in line with the planning cycle, balancing service, inventory, and cost targets.
• Take responsibility for product availability, global inventory performance, COGS, and OPEX for your portfolio.
• Do root cause analyses to find performance gaps and lead actions to improve supply chain reliability.
• Work with business units, global logistics, process management, regional planning teams, and suppliers to boost service levels and supply chain performance.

• Master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
• APICS CPIM/CSCP certification is a plus
• At least 3 years of experience in demand or supply planning in a global or regional setup, ideally with central planning experience
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
• Team player with structured problem-solving skills and able to work in fast-changing environments
• Experience with SCM systems (SAP R/3, APO, BI, Blue Yonder/JDA)
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
