You help grow the business by working closely with the sales and marketing teams, supporting customers, and making sure everyone is happy. You help reach company goals by making sure commercial performance and customer satisfaction are always top priorities.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Give technical and commercial support to customers for all PARTENAIR products
  • Share information about product prices, availability, and delivery times
  • Write quotes and follow up on them
  • Update and track the customer database
  • Work with sales managers and marketing to run and follow up on marketing operations, including making outgoing calls
  • Update and track the sales pipeline to help maximize results
  • Handle customer reminders
  • Enter orders when needed
  • Prepare reports to track commercial activity
  • Help the finance team collect amounts owed by customers when necessary

Was du mitbringst

  • Bac+2 level knowledge in sales techniques and sales administration
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a commercial or administrative role
  • Knowledge or interest in technology
  • Good computer and phone skills
  • Versatile and able to use graphic software for marketing (a plus)
  • Business negotiation skills
  • Experience with Office Pack, SAP, and PowerPoint
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills
  • French: native level
  • English: business level (B1 required)
  • Organized, attentive, results-focused, good listener, and service-oriented
  • Motivated and persistent
