You support our back office area and work closely with senior management and employees at all levels. You help the Human Resources Department succeed every day and play a key role in improving our processes by leading or supporting new and existing initiatives.
Deine Aufgaben
- Manage, coach, and support line managers to find tailored and valuable solutions along the HR value-chain
- Drive an efficient and effective recruitment process and make sure candidates have a positive experience
- Become a trusted advisor for all Human Capital Management topics, such as performance management and labour law questions
- Show leadership in HR processes and use KPIs to drive meaningful actions
- Anticipate HR challenges and use your expert knowledge to ensure HR practices and policies are followed in important employee matters
- Start, lead, and work together in projects and initiatives to improve operations or enhance HR services
- Work with HR colleagues to share ideas and support regular HR services
Was du mitbringst
- Higher education (university or FH) in Human Resource Management, Federal Diploma, or similar
- At least 3 years of practical experience in Human Resources as a HR Generalist
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Team player with a good track record in both tactical and operational HR topics, willing to share experience and support others
- Hands-on attitude, can-do mentality, and assertive personality
- Strong organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills
