• Analyze incoming SAP ECC6 incidents and handle first-level support tickets
• Escalate unresolved tickets to second- and third-level support as needed
• Create and update SAP ECC6 user accounts following set procedures
• Support end users with general SAP ECC6 questions
• Assist with the annual business user review process
• Make simple system changes under supervision of the module owner
• Document support activities and keep accurate records

• Hands-on experience in SAP ECC6 support or as a SAP super-user in logistics areas (MM, SD, PM, PS, PP)
• Experience with SAP user management and system support
• Familiarity with regulated environments (ideally SOX compliance or aviation industry)
• Basic understanding of SAP configuration and system maintenance
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently and in multi-cultural teams
