Deine Aufgaben

  • Lead and coach Account Managers at two locations to ensure strong performance and customer focus.
  • Act as a strategic contact for key or escalated customers.
  • Support the team in managing customer portfolios, making visits, leading negotiations and presentations.
  • Grow revenue and increase service contracts in key service categories.
  • Coordinate or supervise planning and execution of service projects such as outages, shutdowns, and overhauls, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and meet quality, safety, and contract requirements.
  • Promote compliance with QHSE standards and ensure consistent documentation.
  • Work closely with Field Service, Technical Service, Procurement, Finance, and Warehouse teams.
  • Support accurate reporting, invoicing, and financial tracking.
  • Represent the Regional Service Center Switzerland in the global Account Management community.
  • Contribute to risk management, operational efficiency, and achievement of sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Was du mitbringst

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in service-focused roles, such as project management or service sales, ideally in Power Plants or Waste-to-Energy settings.
  • Proven leadership skills in project and service execution, including mentoring junior professionals.
  • Experience working in matrix or cross-functional organizations.
  • Strong understanding of Waste-to-Energy technologies, local regulations, and service operations.
  • Skilled in contract management, negotiations, and financial planning.
  • Hands-on experience with budgeting, cost estimation, and revenue forecasting.
  • Proficient with ERP systems (preferably IFS), Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Fluent in local language and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willing to travel 20–40%.
