Join a fast-growing SaaS company as you help customers get the most out of our Microsoft-certified contact center solutions. You support customers from onboarding through technical challenges, making sure they succeed with our platform. This role is perfect if you enjoy both technical problem-solving and working closely with people.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Help customers during onboarding, including running workshops, designing solutions, setting up configurations, and supporting them as they go live
  • Take ownership of complex technical support cases (L2/L3) and solve them from start to finish
  • Troubleshoot and fix technical problems for SaaS and on-premises systems, working with development and cloud teams when needed
  • Create technical documents like designs, network diagrams, test plans, and articles for our knowledge base
  • Lead training sessions for customers and partners to help them use our platform fully
  • Work with sales and customer success teams to understand what customers need and help them succeed
  • Share feedback and product ideas with our product teams
  • Support and guide junior team members and review their work

Was du mitbringst

  • Background in computer science, business informatics, or similar (degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3 years of experience in enterprise-level technical support (L2/L3 preferred)
  • At least 3 years of experience in project delivery or technical implementation roles
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Teams, Azure Entra ID, and the broader Azure and Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Customer-focused with empathy for customer challenges
  • Stay calm under pressure, pay attention to details, and solve problems proactively
  • Can manage multiple tasks on your own and work well with a team
  • Proven skills in diagnosing and fixing issues in SaaS and on-premises IT environments
  • Familiarity with AI integration in enterprise communications is a plus
  • Microsoft Azure, Teams, or M365 certifications are a plus
  • Experience with Verint VFC or similar compliance voice recording platforms is a plus
