You take charge of the entire IT landscape at our pharmaceutical manufacturing site. You make sure our IT systems run smoothly, stay secure, and meet strict industry rules. Your work helps us stay efficient and ready for the future as we grow and digitize. You have a real impact on our business and support the production of high-quality sterile products for markets around the world.
Deine Aufgaben
- Ensure high availability and performance of IT infrastructure, end-user devices, and systems for manufacturing, labs, and offices
- Act as technical owner for our ERP system, managing access, changes, integrations, and compliance with GxP and data integrity rules
- Maintain strong cybersecurity, including endpoint protection, network security, access management, and backup & recovery
- Own and maintain IT SOPs, support CSV activities, and represent IT during audits (FDA, SwissMedic, etc.)
- Manage the site IT budget, forecast costs, control vendor spending, and support IT investment business cases
- Drive system implementations, upgrades, and digitalisation projects, turning business needs into compliant IT solutions
- Lead and develop the site IT team, work closely with other departments and corporate IT, and advise site leadership on IT risks and priorities
Was du mitbringst
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in an IT leadership role
- Experience in regulated environments (pharma, biotech, or medical devices preferred)
- Strong hands-on skills in IT infrastructure, end-user support, and ERP systems
- Solid experience with GxP systems, CSV, IT SOPs, and controlled documentation
- Good understanding of cybersecurity in regulated settings
- Experience managing IT budgets, vendors, and external service providers
- German as a first language and fluent English
- Ability to balance daily operations with compliance needs
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical teams
- Confident under audit and inspection pressure
