Deine Aufgaben
- Define the vision, objectives, strategy, and roadmap for the Oedema indication
- Align with R&D, regulatory, medical, and sales leaders to set focus areas
- Continuously develop, evaluate, and manage the global product portfolio
- Assess pipeline and in-market products for strategic fit, risk, and synergies
- Translate market insights into future product launches and manage the product life cycle
- Develop key global messages and value propositions for patients, healthcare professionals, and points of sale
- Lead the creation of global brand toolkits and campaign content
- Set and monitor global and local product/indication performance
- Lead, coach, and develop direct reports by setting and tracking their performance and development goals
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture and ensure effective communication and coordination across regions
Was du mitbringst
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in business administration, marketing, life sciences, or related field is a plus
- Extensive experience in marketing, product management, or business leadership within medical devices or life sciences, ideally with vascular or oedema-related therapies
- Proven track record in defining and implementing global product strategies, including portfolio management, product launches, and lifecycle optimization across regions
- Experience leading international teams
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse individuals across different markets and build strong relationships
- Strong analytical skills, networked mindset, and strategic approach
- Fluent in English; German and/or French valued
- Willingness to travel internationally (about 30-40%)
