Join a cross-functional team to design and build a reliable cloud data platform for analytics and data science, supporting internal teams across the organization. Work from Madrid or Warsaw, with the option to work from home up to 40% of the time.

• Work with an international team to design and maintain a cloud-native data science platform used by more than 14 analytics teams and over 600 users.
• Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to enable them on the platform.
• Identify new requirements, analyze platform suitability, and propose best practices and solutions through demos.
• Act as a hands-on data engineer to onboard new use cases, optimize existing ones, and build production-ready ETL pipelines, ML/AI use cases, and reporting solutions.
• Implement new infrastructure components using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and create templates to support best practices and standardization among analytics teams.

• At least 4 years of experience building production data pipelines, data modeling, and working with BI tools in the cloud.
• Experience with Lakehouse architecture, ideally Databricks, with strong knowledge of Spark and Open Table formats (Delta and/or Iceberg).
• Proficiency in Python (PySpark) and SQL, with solid understanding of software development and automation concepts like CI/CD for building production data and ML pipelines (DataOps/MLOps).
• Basic knowledge of cloud foundation services (IAM, networking, storage), cloud cost management (FinOps), and tools for cloud infrastructure management with IaC (Terraform/OpenTofu, Pulumi, bash scripting) on Microsoft Azure (primary cloud provider), Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Platform.
