• Develop, maintain, and support IT applications in the Connectivity Area for Post Trading using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Integration, and related frameworks.
• Keep IT operations running smoothly and manage incidents within SLA requirements, including ITSM processes, service desk tasks, problem resolution, and participate in a rotating on-call support schedule (about once every 5–6 weeks) using Jira and Confluence.
• Implement and deploy new releases in Development, Test, and Production environments using CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitLab, Maven, JFrog, and OpenShift.
• Follow architectural, security, and compliance standards during development, using best practices and tools like SonarQube and XRAY.
• Drive continuous improvement in application SLAs, monitoring, and automation by using Grafana, Elastic, Ansible, and managing technical debt.

• 5–8 years of experience in software development, application maintenance, and production support with a strong focus on solving critical issues.
• Expert in Java technologies (Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate) and experienced with relational databases like Oracle and MS SQL.
• Strong skills with modern DevOps and automation tools, including Git, Maven, Helm 3, Ansible, and Argo CD.
• Ability to work well in fast-paced, agile environments and flexible to work outside normal hours when needed.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken); knowledge of banking or post-trading services is a plus.
