• Build a deep understanding of operational and content datasets to create analysis-ready structures for Azure, Databricks, Power BI, and dbt.
• Curate and maintain high-quality, reusable datasets and analytical components.
• Handle the ingestion and preparation of new data sources, ensuring they are well-structured and documented for self-service use.
• Support business users as they build dashboards, reports, and analyses; provide training and clear documentation to help them become more independent.
• Monitor and improve query performance, storage, and workspace settings across Databricks, Azure, and Power BI to make sure the experience is smooth and cost-efficient.
• Take on complex analytical builds that business users cannot complete alone, using these opportunities to improve the platform and guide future training.

• Strong experience with Azure, Databricks, SQL, Python, and Power BI, including building reliable analytics structures and applying solid development practices.
• Experience with data transformation tools like dbt or similar is a plus.
• Solid background in preparing and shaping data for analytics, using modern methods like medallion architecture and ensuring new data sources are high quality and usable.
• Clear communication skills to explain technical ideas simply and guide business users through building their own dashboards and analyses.
• Experience with testing, documentation, version control, and validation routines to keep data reliable and assets easy to maintain.
• Understanding of how to monitor, tune, and configure analytics environments in Databricks and Power BI for good performance and cost-efficient operations.
• Degree in a technical or quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English.
• Familiarity with financial or market-related datasets is a plus.
