• Perform precision machining of aircraft engine components following OEM specifications and internal standards
• Program and operate NC and CNC control systems such as Heidenhain and Siemens
• Manufacture and optimize production tools and fixtures
• Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machining equipment
• Create and update Job Cards to ensure process compliance
• Continuously improve shop processes using Lean and Continuous Improvement principles
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace according to 5S and safety standards

• Completed technical apprenticeship (EFZ) such as Polymechanic, Production Mechanic, or equivalent
• 2–4 years of experience in NC/CNC machining and programming
• Experience with control system programming, preferably Heidenhain or Siemens
• Independent, precise, and structured working style
• Reliable team player with strong quality and safety mindset
• Basic IT skills and willingness to work in a two-shift system
• Fluent in German (spoken and written); English at least A2 level
• EU passport, Swiss passport, or Swiss working permit required
