Deine Aufgaben

  • Lead the planning and delivery of NPS market research, making sure go-to-market approaches are clear and rolled out well
  • Collect, analyze, and use customer feedback and NPS insights to improve program offerings and fix pain points
  • Manage customer loyalty programs, align them with business goals and customer needs, and define strategies for rewards, benefits, and lifecycle management (acquire, engage, retain)
  • Monitor and report on program performance (ROI, CLV, key KPIs), turn insights into clear recommendations, and drive measurable improvements
  • Work closely with different customer segments and teams to align loyalty initiatives with broader campaigns and ensure smooth execution across platforms

Was du mitbringst

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in loyalty, customer experience, or similar roles (preferably in telecom, ICT, or retail)
  • Proven experience designing, managing, and optimizing successful loyalty programs
  • Strong skills in B2B customer segmentation, behavioral analysis, and personalized engagement strategies
  • Data-driven mindset with solid analytical skills and hands-on experience with analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing and influencing stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Customer-focused, results-driven, and adaptable with a passion for innovation
  • Familiarity with telecom products, omnichannel engagement, or CX/loyalty certifications is a plus
  • Fluent in German and English; French or Italian is an advantage
