You turn complex data into clear insights, making sure our pay and benefits attract, keep, and motivate talent while matching business needs and market trends.

• Advise leaders and People Business Partners on reward topics, including pay packages for new hires, promotions, salary changes, grading, and talent decisions
• Lead the yearly market benchmarking, pay-equity checks, and make sure salary bands stay competitive and follow rules
• Guide and review sales incentive and commission plans with the business, track results and costs, and give insights to align with reward goals and budgets
• Own and improve reward processes in Workday, like annual compensation reviews and bonus cycles, ensuring data is correct and systems run smoothly
• Oversee yearly and mid-year people-cost planning with Finance, including forecasts, scenario analysis, and budget tracking
• Analyze reward, workforce, and people-cost data to spot trends, risks, and chances, and turn these into clear recommendations
• Lead or support projects in Reward, Analytics, and HR to drive simplification, automation, and ongoing improvement

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Experience in Reward Management and/or People Analytics, ideally in complex or commercial settings
• Strong analytical skills and experience with large data sets
• Ability to turn data into useful business insights
• Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint; strong Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with HRIS platforms, ideally Workday
• Strong project-management skills and experience working with different stakeholders
• Fluent in German and English
