  • Plan and coordinate the monthly audit schedule for about 200 audit staff throughout Switzerland
  • Forecast the need for audit staff
  • Support recruitment and training activities and prepare staff newsletters
  • Prepare and monitor monthly salary payments for audit staff
  • Check quality standards on test days

Was du mitbringst

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, higher vocational school, university of applied sciences, or equivalent
  • Fluent English and German skills (level C1, verifiable)
  • Experience in project management or administration is an advantage
  • Excellent IT user skills (MS Office, 365, etc.)
  • Work independently and coordinate multiple priorities under pressure
