Deine Aufgaben
- Design, develop, and maintain mobile apps for iOS and Android using React Native or Flutter
- Define and improve scalable, robust, and maintainable mobile architectures like Clean Architecture or MVVM
- Take ownership of app architecture and drive technical decisions for the long term
- Ensure and improve app performance, including memory management, bundle size, and animations
- Set and promote high engineering standards, including testing strategies and code quality
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and manage the full release cycle for app stores
- Lead technical initiatives from requirements to rollout
- Translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions and shape the product from an engineering perspective
- Mentor and support engineers through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing
- Foster a strong engineering culture focused on ownership, pragmatism, and continuous improvement
- Align technical decisions within the team and across adjacent teams for a coherent app ecosystem
- Work closely with Product, UX/UI, and Backend teams to deliver outstanding user experiences
Was du mitbringst
- 5+ years of experience in mobile app development with strong skills in React Native (TypeScript, React Hooks, state management) or Flutter (Dart, BLoC/Riverpod)
- Solid understanding of native iOS and Android, including integrating native modules
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable mobile architectures and driving high coding standards
- Hands-on experience in improving app performance, such as profiling and memory management
- Strong advocacy for quality with practical experience in unit and end-to-end testing
- Proficiency in building and managing mobile CI/CD pipelines and release cycles
- Ability to lead technical initiatives and make architectural decisions
- Experience mentoring developers and contributing to a collaborative team culture
