• Lead requests for quotations and manage the quotation process
• Support price clarifications and assist in negotiations with Category Management
• Create, manage, and track purchase orders for services and IT categories
• Maintain and strengthen supplier relationships
• Assess new suppliers and support supplier evaluations
• Keep article and supplier master data accurate in the ERP system
• Take ownership of a defined operational procurement area
• Help improve processes throughout the Source-to-Pay cycle

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field (practical experience also valued)
• Procurement certifications are a plus
• Several years of experience in operational procurement, ideally in services or IT
• Experience in a structured, corporate environment
• Strong ERP skills; experience with Microsoft Dynamics / D365 is an advantage
• Enjoy working in a structured and organized way
• Confident communication and strong stakeholder management skills
• Analytical, solution-driven, and proactive approach
• Fluent in English; good German skills strongly preferred
