Deine Aufgaben
- Lead a team of engineers to define and tune mechatronic products
- Take responsibility for system design, including motorized products like stepper, BLDC, and servo motors, and pressure control
- Develop new features, customize products, and provide 2nd level support
- Define test systems for product verification and work with the lab on measurement and control
- Scale up PLC product development
- Drive engineering excellence by improving processes, tools, and knowledge exchange
- Work in a cross-functional, multicultural, and global setup
Was du mitbringst
- University degree in mechatronics, electrical, or systems engineering
- Experience leading successful development teams
- Several years of experience in developing mechatronic systems, such as drive technology, sensors, and embedded software design
- Knowledge of stepper, BLDC, and servo drives, motion controllers, and control theory
- Familiarity with communication protocols like EtherCAT, DeviceNet, Ethernet, and Profibus
- Fluent in English and German
